Karn Consulting runs as an operator network, not a traditional agency. Every engagement is staffed by senior practitioners with 10+ years of hands-on experience in their discipline - paid media operators who've spent eight-figure budgets, MarTech engineers who've shipped server-side stacks at scale, and AI builders who've put production agents on real telephony. There are no juniors learning on your account.
The model is deliberate. Most agencies pitch with their best people and deliver with their cheapest. We do the opposite: the operator who scopes your engagement is the operator who builds it, accountable for the SLA from kickoff to handover. When we need specialised depth - voice telemetry, attribution modelling, lifecycle automation - we reach into a vetted bench of senior operators who've worked together before, not a freelance marketplace.
To protect quality we cap engagements per operator. No one on this team is split across more than three active accounts at once, and the firm itself caps total concurrent engagements per quarter. It means we say no often - to clients we'd love to work with - but it's the only way to guarantee that the senior person you met in the scoping call is the same person reviewing your dashboards on Friday.
